IN THE BEGINNING....

My Hollingshead roots have been traced back to William Hollinshed and Micca Hennston, born about 1500 in Cheshire, England. I am William's 13th great grandaughter.
It remains a favourite of mine to research, as I carry the name of my great grandmother, Eleanor Hollingshead.

My complete Hollingshead genealogy report is a compilation from the following sources Deon C. Smith (the untimate), Brian Hollingshead, Steve Hollingshead, Dolorus Butkus, Jean Morwood, Geri Pert, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the National Archives of Canada; the 1871 Census of Ontario, and the many personal memories and writings of my family.
